Each product is carefully checked and securely packed before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product and whether it is currently in stock or made to order. The estimated processing time is provided on the product page.
Shipping
We ship our products internationally. Shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather or other circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
For return requests, please contact us before sending the item back. The product must be returned in its original condition and with all included accessories.
Because many of our tools are specialized equipment, custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, measurements and photographs for every product. Natural materials such as wood and wool may have small variations in color, texture and appearance. These variations are a natural part of handmade and natural-fiber products.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
