Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at fiberatrssupplies@gmail.com before sending anything back. We are always happy to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at fiberatrssupplies@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

Items that have been used, modified, damaged or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

If You Change Your Mind

If you decide that the product is not right for you or you simply change your mind, you may request a return within the applicable return period.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The item must be safely packaged and returned in its original condition. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Where required by applicable law, the original standard shipping cost will be refunded. Additional costs for upgraded or expedited shipping are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order number and photographs showing the problem and the packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
